Appointment Cancellation and  No Show Policy

At the heart of our practice are our valued patients. This policy has been meticulously crafted to reflect our dedication to your well-being. Our appointment slots are exclusively reserved to cater to your convenience, aligning with our ethos of impeccable service. It is essential to recognize that each appointment not only serves your needs but also holds the potential to accommodate another individual seeking that specific timeframe.

We understand that life's circumstances can take unforeseen turns. Should you find the need to reschedule, we kindly request a 48-hour advance notice. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling isn't communicated, and you miss your appointment, Lotus Wellness and MedSpa will apply a no-show fee of $100.

For group appointments of two or more, any cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the appointment deposit. A new deposit will be required for any rescheduled appointments, which will be credited towards a new booking, provided you promptly adhere to the new appointment time.

LATE POLICY

Taking into consideration the dynamic and unpredictable nature of life's occurrences, we extend our understanding. However, should your arrival exceed a 15-minute delay from our scheduled time, it could become necessary to shorten or potentially postpone your procedure due to time constraints. The decision regarding the rescheduling of your appointment will be at the discretion of our management. While we are dedicated to promptly accommodating your needs, we also give priority to the time commitments of our fellow patients and providers. Please be aware that our No-show and cancellation Policy may be invoked in such scenarios.

REFUNDS: SERVICES

At Lotus Wellness and MedSpa our commitment is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. With this in mind, please note that we do not facilitate refunds for services that have been completed. Once services have been obtained, they are non-refundable.

It's important to acknowledge that all sales related to injectable treatments are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to extend refunds or credits once an injectable treatment has been finalized.

During appointments for botulinum toxin treatments, our adept Practitioners conduct thorough assessments of facial muscles to determine the optimal number of units required for effective and satisfactory treatment. This assessment can naturally differ from patient to patient and across various treatments. As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible patient care, we strongly recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment or reaching out by phone within 10-14 days following your botulinum toxin treatment if you believe that additional treatment is necessary. If additional units are needed, we will require additional payment

We genuinely appreciate your understanding of our policies and procedures, and we're here to assist you with any inquiries or concerns.

Product Refunds

We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our customers.

We do not issue refunds for any sold products once the order is confirmed.

Once a product is purchased, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason.

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If applicable, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer for details on coverage and claims.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN

The safety and well-being of our patients are of utmost importance. To guarantee a smooth injection or facial session, Children are not allowed in our treatment rooms.
