Facial Peel

The basic function of a chemical peel is to exfoliate the skin and regenerate healthy, new skin cells and collagen. This excellent self-neutralizing PCA peel treatment is suitable for all skin types, even those with sensitive skin. The benefit of this PCA peel is that it can be performed at varying levels into the skin depending on your needs. Scheduling peels on a regular basis will help to brighten the skin, improve skin texture, minimize discoloration such as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma, and reduce the signs of aging. It addresses complex issues like acne scars and sun-induced pigmentation.

Facial Treatment - Facial Peel

During your chemical peel appointment, the skin is cleansed and prepped. Then, a solution will be applied to your face. This safe, gentle product will be left on your skin for a carefully chosen amount of time, allowing the chemicals to penetrate damaged skin cells on the top layer. Your body's natural healing process will slowly remove the top layer over the next several days. As the old skin is removed, the smoother, younger skin beneath can be revealed. This is similar to raking of the leaves (the dead skin cells) so the beautiful grass underneath can continue to grow.

Our PCA Sensi-Peel has anti-inflammatory, anti-acne and antibacterial properties, making it an excellent choice for helping calm rosacea: as redness and inflammation can subside substantially after treatment.

For most people, exfoliation is not visible at all. Even though you don’t peel, your skin is still exfoliating but it’s on a cellular level that can’t be seen by the naked eye
